About this performance
The MSO Academy provides young instrumentalists a vital final bridge to a successful career as professional musicians.
This end of year showcase for the 2025 Academy cohort features an eclectic program flowing from the Romantic to Latin-inspired to contemporary works for brass, curated to exploit the unique sonic combination of instruments of the Academy by MSO Principal Trombone, José Milton Vieira.
Join these brilliant young musicians as they celebrate the end of their Academy year, performing a stunning program of chamber music alongside friends from the Australian National Academy of Music (ANAM).
